This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
